The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $131,400 - $161,500 at the time of posting. While operating without direct supervisory responsibilities, the Senior Project Manager leverages influence, credibility, and deep domain knowledge to:
Guide project teams through ambiguity and complexity throughout a project life cycle., Acts as a mentor to less experienced project managers and helps support the development of best practices within the organization. Align project execution with organizational strategy and business goals, working in close collaboration with the Project Director. Ensure delivery excellence—on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards delighting Dematic customers.

Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within their project teams. This role is instrumental in contributing to the organization’s reputation for project excellence and customer-centric delivery. Project Initiation / Integration:
Lead the initiation and planning of highly complex, strategic projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass all necessary activities, resources, and timelines, utilizing advanced project management techniques and tools. Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes. Develop business cases and project charters, securing stakeholder buy-in and alignment.

Project Schedule and Resource Management:
