**** A Brief Overview
** We are looking for an innovative learning leader to own the strategy and execution of learning and development for Tri Net’s field sales, retention, and sales support teams. This leader will guide and develop a team focused on helping our people build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to deliver stronger business results.

This is an opportunity to modernize how learning and enablement are delivered across the revenue organization. The Executive Director will bring fresh thinking, introduce more agile and technology-enabled ways of working, and use AI to make learning more relevant, accessible, scalable, and effective.

** What you will do
*** Own the strategy and execution of learning and development for field sales, retention, and sales support teams.
* Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for onboarding, sales and customer relationship management skills, product readiness, certifications, learning design, and delivery.
* Modernize the learning function by introducing more agile, digital, on-demand, and practical learning experiences.
* Use AI and learning technology to improve how content is created, delivered, found, reinforced, and measured.
* Partner with Revenue leaders to identify the capabilities teams need and translate business priorities into focused learning plans.
* Create clear priorities and ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions with speed, consistency, and measurable impact.
* Establish success measures and use data to improve proficiency, time to productivity, adoption, and performance.
* Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Operations, Product, Transformation, and Human Resources.
* Create a culture of curiosity, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the learning team.
* Performs other duties as assigned

** Education Qualifications
*** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred
** Experience Qualifications
*** Typically, 10+ year's experience in learning and development, sales enablement, revenue enablement, talent development, or a related field.
