Nouveau Mechanical Services Inc is looking for an experienced and driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:MUST POSSESS A VALID GEORGIA UNRESTRICTED CLASS II CONTRACTOR LICENSE
- Oversee daily HVAC service operations, dispatching, and scheduling of field technicians
- Manage and mentor a team of HVAC service technicians to ensure quality workmanship and professionalism
- Monitor service calls, job progress, and completion to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintain strong customer relationships by resolving escalated service issues and ensuring client satisfaction
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to manage parts, equipment, and materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Review service reports, track KPIs, and report on department performance metrics
- 5+ years of HVAC industry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential HVAC systems, installation, and repair
- EPA 608 Certification required; additional NATE certification preferred
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of field technicians
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with service management software and scheduling tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
