OverviewWe have an immediate opportunity for LEAN Business Partner in San Diego, CA or Southern California
. You will join the LEAN Transformation and Continuous Improvement team which leads a culture of process excellence and will implement process re‑engineering and optimization using LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
In this role you will collaborate with Intuit internal stakeholders to strategize, create, and execute LEAN methodology and change management initiatives across global processes in Intuit Sales & Partner Operations.
Responsibilities- Lead Gembas, implement standards workshops, streamline flows, and implement Rapid Improvement Events for Intuit value streams
- Coach teams to increase Lean maturity (Daily Management, Problem Solving)
- Facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops and document outcomes
- Deliver complex re‑engineering and simplification of identified global cross‑functional processes
- Participate in the Continuous Improvement Transformation Community through workshops, forums, and training sessions related to LEAN and other Process Excellence concepts
- Implement Change Management related to LEAN implementations
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green (LSSGB) or Black Belt (LSSBB) from a reputed company
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Operations / Finance / Management
- Extensive track record implementing Lean Management Systems (Daily Management, Problem Solving, Coaching, Gemba practice, Standard Work, Leader Standard Work)
- Strong experience with Suppliers / Partners development global programs
- Broad knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools, methodology and statistical analysis
- Knowledge and understanding of high technology/software industry business models and core processes
- Ideally a Change Management certified professional – Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.
The Role
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience driving large, cross‑functional LEAN initiatives with demonstrable business results
- Experience leading large, global process re‑engineering initiatives in complex organizations focused on product management and learning development
- Improving Value Propositions and Revenue Growth via LEAN implementations
- Strong facilitation skills in managing senior stakeholder relationships, partnerships, interactions, and workshops
- Directing work efforts in a matrixed environment to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently
- Understanding and facilitating change in a challenging dynamic environment, handling pushback from business‑as‑usual teams and championing the benefits of LEAN
