Are you an expert in tooling, making, and repairing molds? Jabil has an exciting opportunity in Atlanta, GA for an experienced Mold Tooling Technician to repair, modify, and troubleshoot molds used in plastic injection molding!
How will you make an impact?In this role, you will be working in a tool shop environment maintaining and repairing injection molds used for plastic injection molding!
- 2nd shift – 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (shift differential included)
- Must be able to train on 1st shift
- Up to $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus DOE (for external hire only)

This position does not offer relocation or sponsorship.
What will you do?- Perform repairs, test, and preventive maintenance on injection molds.
- Perform tasks using tools such as lathes, mills, surface grinders, and drill presses.
- Use hi‑lo and overhead cranes to pull and set various sized molds.
- Store and maintain validated components.
- Store non‑validated components.
- Follow all procedures and training.
- Maintain excellent attendance.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Possible overtime.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Specialty education related to injection molding or certifications (RJG or ASQ) a plus.
- Must have experience repairing molds and working in a tool shop environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate hands‑on experience using tools such as lathes, mills, surface grinders, drill presses, hot runners, and hand tools.
- Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
