• Check stain numbers and apply matching stain, ensuring uniform application.
• Sand and tack each component after the first polyurethane coat.
• Maintain semi‑daily cleaning of spray guns and replace spray tips and catalyst as needed.
• Apply polyurethane using spray guns, controlling application rate, and apply two coats of 3 mm topcoat.
• Apply stains, toners, and dyes accurately with spray guns.
• Follow recycling procedures and dispose of materials properly.
• Adhere to standard quality guidelines and documentation practices.
• Inspect work for quality, identify flaws, and repair as necessary.
• Learn and use the correct finishing method for each component.
• Work in a team environment and be willing to work overtime for production needs.
• Adopt a safety‑oriented mindset and utilize lean manufacturing principles.

• High school diploma, GED, or work experience that demonstrates performance competency.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Knowledge of finishing processes, safety data sheets, and regulated environments.
• Valid legal right to work in the United States.

• Previous finishing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to match shop order numbers with stain numbers.
• Follow detailed written or oral instructions and solve small problems.
• Use a spray gun and an air palm sander.
• Work in a regulated environment and understand safety data sheets.
• Seal, topcoat, and shade products to specification and quality standards.
