Department & Status- Department: Operations/Production
- FSLA Status: Non-Exempt – Full Time
- Test, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate units using schematics, Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and customer Engineering Orders.
- Inspect and test electronic aircraft components to identify defects and wear.
- Disassemble, clean and inspect aircraft components; repair or replace damaged or worn parts.
- Reassemble and test electrical units to ensure proper operation.
- Perform a variety of complex tasks; follow practices and procedures in CMM.
- Report to lead person, supervisor, or manager.
- Possess ability to solder and desolder electronic components (through-hole and surface mount).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Completed technical training or 1‑2 years bench experience in the field or related area.
- Read, understand, and interpret maintenance manuals.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate units using official documents.
- Knowledge and experience with mechanical tools, multimeters, micrometers, calipers, measuring indicators and gauges.
- Work independently with little or no supervision.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Technical college or military training in relevant field.
- Positive teamwork attitude; willing to learn and share ideas to improve processes.
