Project Scheduler
Gray Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team. This position will be based in the Atlanta, Georgia office.
Experience in the Construction Industry is required.
- Manage the scheduling program within the respective market.
- Produce, maintain, update and issue schedules regularly throughout the project duration.
- Closely monitor trends and alert management of any positive or negative effects.
- Assist with project strategy in relation to schedule during proposal development.
- Identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts.
- Lead by example, hold team members accountable for adhering to Gray’s policies and procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Experience managing scheduling staff on multiple projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scope of work and the design process.
- Knowledge of project administration, submittal process, change management, and schedule logic (predecessors, successors, float).
- Understanding of earned‑value management and ability to cost and manpower load schedules.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to develop baseline schedules, prepare executive update narratives, and devise construction sequencing.
- Energetic, self‑motivated, team‑oriented, passionate about collaboration and professional development.

- Manage the scheduling program and ensure regular schedule production and updates.
- Monitor trends, provide trend analysis to management.
- Assist with schedule strategy during proposal development.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills for schedule performance.
- Lead by example and hold team members accountable for adherence to Gray’s policies and procedures.

This position does have supervisory responsibilities for scheduling staff.
