** WHAT YOU'LL DO:
*** Provide technical support for remote guests using various video conferencing platforms
* Provide support in managing incoming signals from the field
* Organize and ingest video from field crews and affiliates for editorial use
* Act as the primary technical support for operations for control room and studio for specified times
* Work with network engineering and operations to ensure needs are met in control room and studio
** WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
*** Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent years of experience preferred
* Specialized training/certification may be required
* Generally, 5+ years of experience in related field preferred
** WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
*** Must work well under the pressure of a live broadcast
* Must be able to make quick decisions and give accurate instructions
* Ability to solve problems under pressure and apply hands-on knowledge to do so
* Ability to troubleshoot issues over the phone with remote guests
* Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
* Must understand the entire scope of needs in the studio and control room
* Good knowledge of IT applications in relation to television broadcast equipment
* Flexible work hours are required, including weekends, holidays, and possible overtime hours
