Locations:
Atlanta & other M&M Recycling yards

Pay: $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM & Saturday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

• Understand production flow, safety, and accountability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Sort and grade materials:
  Know your metals (or be willing to learn fast).
• Load and unload materials:
  Use your hands, forklifts, or other machinery.
• Support yard operations:
  Keep things moving, organized, and safe.
• Work with customers:
  Assist with weigh‑ins, provide quotes, and offer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety: A tidy yard is a productive yard.

• Pay: $16-$30 per hour, depending on experience and role.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday + Saturday mornings for extra hours.
