The Maintenance Technician is focused on repairs of components and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who pays attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency), has a strong work ethic and reliability, and is a problem‑solver. As a vital member of the Maintenance Department, you will have the opportunity to build a long‑term career with an industry leader.

• Be responsible for the mechanical/electrical performance of several automated production machines or equipment that perform one or more functions in glass.
• Maintain and observe operation of machines and equipment to ensure the production of high‑quality glass.
• Diagnose or troubleshoot machines or equipment to determine malfunctions and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Perform mechanical/electrical repairs and maintenance required for production, such as repairing or replacing defective parts, installing special functional and structural parts in devices.
• If a malfunction of the machine is detected, stop the machine and adjust or repair as necessary.

• Experienced skills with troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and operation of high‑speed production machinery.
• Experience with industrial electrical equipment, PLCs/Drivers and motors.
• Mechanical and electrical experience; ability to read electrical schematics.
• Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, with hands‑on troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems, strong attendance record, and flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed.
