Location: 3675
- Zip Industrial Blvd , Atlanta
Schedule: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM until production ends (Sundays required)
Salary: $80,000/year

Join Our Team!
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations across our production facilities. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in food manufacturing who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.

The Production Supervisor will oversee production teams, ensuring safety, product quality, efficiency, and compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards. This position is a key player in driving performance, fostering teamwork, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily targets and schedules.

  • Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.

  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability across both production buildings.

  • Monitor production metrics (yield, downtime, efficiency, waste) and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Partner with QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Train, coach, and develop employees to support growth and performance.

  • Enforce company policies and ensure consistent application of standards.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or related production environment.

  • Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and manufacturing best practices.

  • Knowledge of KPIs/OEE and process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a cold, fast‑paced environment (38-45°F).

  • Must be available to work Sundays and flexible hours as needed.

Education &

Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
    Business Central experience a plus.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
