. As a Blow Mold Operator, you are responsible for running, adjusting, and maintaining stretch blow mold or extrusion equipment, while meeting quality and safety standards.

  • 1st: 7a-3p (limited availability)

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic mechanical adjustments
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment
• Ability to accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible
• Previous experience OR education with mechanical tasks

• Will be responsible for daily production records and quality control records for all lines assigned to operate
• Control and adjust machine settings
• Answer machine alarms as they occur and address the root cause
• Troubleshoot, preventative maintenance and minor repair on blow mold and support equipment
• Perform daily set up and bottle size changeovers on all equipment
• Retrieves PLC programming information, evaluate, and makes necessary adjustments
• Responsible for required adjustments needed to fulfill the product specification requirements such as weight, color distribution, and cycle times.
• Coordinate process operations to ensure efficiency, including communicating with production personnel
• Ensures adherence to quality standards
• Must be able to keep up to date on process alterations and general procedures by reading logs, special procedures and posted notices
• Responsible for housekeeping & maintaining a clean work area
