Bilingual Spanish Production Associate

Lithia Springs / Fulton Industrial / Austell area $18 per hour Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Some Saturdays may be required.

CHASE Staffing is seeking a dependable bilingual English/Spanish Production Associate for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.

• Assist with daily production and maintain a steady pace.
• Follow workplace safety, cleanliness, and production procedures.
• Pay close attention to details and follow instructions.
• Identify and communicate problems or concerns.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Help clean machines as needed and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be familiar with workplace rules and cleanliness standards similar to those in a food manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to help clean machines as needed.
• Availability to work some Saturdays as needed.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Slip-resistant shoes are highly preferred.
