Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in the technology and/or telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content development, and demand generation programs. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing project management to drive integrated campaigns and deliver measurable business impact.
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (email, social media, content syndication, paid ads, etc.).
* Own content creation initiatives include blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content to support brand awareness and demand generation.
* Design and manage demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
* Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product positioning.
* Work with marketing project management teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
* Manage content in internal sites for team members to use for business needs.
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
* Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table to enhance marketing effectiveness.
* Maintain a high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the technology or telecom sector.
* Proven expertise working in tools including but not limited to content management systems, digital marketing and lead gen tools (e.g., Zoom Info, Google Analytics, Linked In Ads, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, SharePoint, Seismic). Skill test maybe required.
* Strong understanding of content marketing, lead gen, and demand gen strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and a self-starter with a proactive mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
