Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a passionate and tenacious marketer to join our growing team as a Digital Account Manager. Are you a confident self-starter that thrives in a fast paced environment? Do you love systems and processes and have experience managing clients and executing strategic plans? Can you juggle multiple priorities and not miss any details?

This position is integral to the success and retention of our agency’s clients. Our Digital Account Managers lead the execution of client strategies with the support of a team of copywriters, designers and content creators.
Responsibilities- Lead the account team, guiding the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Proactively manage client relationships, educate them on our strategic approach, and advocate for their success.
- Act as a strong problem solver focused on results and quality control.
- Lead through digital expertise and consistent skill development, fostering a team environment.
- Drive campaign performance through integrated marketing tactics including paid advertising, branding, email and social media marketing, SEO, and landing page optimization.
- Capable of managing multiple client accounts across a variety of industries, understanding business objectives, setting, and achieving meaningful KPIs.
- At least two years of agency experience in a client-facing role.
- Marketing degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven performance managing lead generation funnels and digital advertising campaigns.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including landing page optimization, email marketing, social media, and digital ads.
- Advanced understanding of performance metrics including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, email marketing KPIs, and social media analytics.
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills with the ability to set boundaries.
- Demonstrated history of excellent written and verbal executive communication.
- Highly dependable, uncommonly organized individual with a passion for digital marketing and team collaboration.

- 9/80 work schedule: every other Friday off for a 3-day weekend every other week.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
