About the Role:
The Client Success Coordinator (CSC) is an essential member of Force Marketing’s Client Success Team, responsible for supporting both clients and internal teams through timely communications, task execution, and campaign launch coordination.
As the most entry-level role on the team, the CSC provides hands-on support in collecting offers, managing client approvals, proofing campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution of monthly solution launches. While prior experience in digital advertising, project management, or the automotive industry is not required, it can help accelerate success in this position.
This is a role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized — with a passion for client service and a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Relationship Support
- Request and collect monthly offers and approvals from clients in a timely manner
- Send creative assets for approval and confirm campaign launches with clients
- Support outbound communication around holidays and campaign-related action items
- Communicate changes in client sentiment or challenges (creative, offers, or launches) to the internal pod team
Execution & Task Management
- Manage assigned tasks in Task Ray to ensure timely completion of campaign deliverables
- Build offer sheets and submit internally for execution
- Proof campaigns for accuracy, best practices, and OEM-specific compliance
- Confirm and implement monthly focus models across channels
Pod & Internal Team Collaboration
- Join pod meetings and provide updates on campaign progress
- Oversee campaign progress and launch readiness
- Proactively communicate jobs not yet launched or missing offers
- Flag and communicate internal obstacles (e.g., revision volume, delayed launches, campaigns unable to run)
Onboarding & Launch Support
- Proactively initiate branding creative or recurring creative prior to client launch
- Oversee new campaign launches and provide pod status updates in meetings
Quality & Process Ownership
- Prioritize speed, accuracy, proactive communication, and organization in all deliverables
- Serve as a checkpoint for quality control from the client perspective
What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns are launched on time with high accuracy
- Clients receive proactive updates and confirmations throughout the process
- Any potential churn risks are minimized through consistent execution and communication
- Pod members are informed of client sentiment, campaign challenges, and progress
What You Bring
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Salesforce or Task Ray is a plus
- Interest in digital advertising and/or the automotive industry (experience preferred but not required)
- A team-first mentality and eagerness to learn and grow within client success
