JOB DESCRIPTION

The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) for Aloette at Astral Health & Beauty plays a critical role in driving the day‑to‑day execution and long‑term growth of the brand. This role is responsible for supporting key components of brand strategy, new product innovation and go‑to‑market initiatives, and translating consumer insights into actionable marketing plans.

This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams including Product Development, Sales, Digital, Operations, and External Partners to ensure brand initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. This is a highly visible role designed for a strategic, hands‑on marketer ready to take ownership and grow into a future Brand Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of the annual brand strategy and marketing calendar for Aloette.
  • Own select, smaller brand initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, tone, and visual identity.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director to identify growth opportunities across product categories, channels, and consumer segments.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand initiatives are on track.
  • Support product innovation and commercial initiatives, including concept development, consumer insights, competitive benchmarking, and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including launches, line extensions, inventory, discontinuations, and promotional planning.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure timely delivery of product launches, sales materials, and marketing assets.

Campaigns, Content & Community

  • Contribute to campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and content development to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.
  • Lead execution of integrated brand campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling and consistent brand expression.
  • Partner closely with External agencies (Creative, Amazon) and Internal teams (Digital, Sales) to bring campaigns to life across platforms.
  • Support UGC creation including usage rights and budget tracking as needed.
  • Collaborate with digital team to amplify creator content and foster authentic community engagement.
  • Support channel‑specific programs and promotional activations.

Business & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor product performance, including sales trends, promotional effectiveness, and consumer feedback.
  • Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in forecasting, budget management, and post‑launch performance reviews.

Revenue & Expense Management

  • Maintain accountability for select areas of brand revenue performance and marketing spend, ensuring alignment with annual financial targets.
  • Partner with Finance and the Sr. Director to support forecasting, expense tracking, and budget optimization across campaigns, creators, and programs.
  • Evaluate ROI on marketing initiatives, including paid creator partnerships, and contribute insights to inform future investment decisions.

Market, Consumer & Competitive Insights

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to stay informed on trends, innovations, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Translate insights into clear learnings that inform brand strategy, product development, and marketing execution.
  • Support the development of presentations and business updates for internal stakeholders.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams on Aloette brand initiatives.
  • Support communication with external partners and agencies as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role; beauty, CPG, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data, consumer insights, and market trends.
