Campaigns Analyst; Social Media

Moonshot is currently collecting applications for an analytical, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Campaigns Analyst to support the design and implementation of individualized programs aiming to reach individuals at-risk of online harms - such as violent extremism, targeted violence, gender-based violence and information manipulation.

• Monitoring and analyzing social media trends, including engagement metrics and audience demographics
• Monitoring and generating regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating with teams to develop ad creatives and messaging that resonates with target audiences
• Conducting keyword research and analysis to inform advertising strategies
• Using analytic tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content
• Collaborating with the intelligence insights team to incorporate emerging trends into strategies for outreach and engagement
• Assisting in the creation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, You Tube Ads, and alternative platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms and social media analytic tools
• Basic understanding of digital advertising principles and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Demonstrable ability to work under pressure, taking action and getting things done, both in managing your own workload and that of others
• Inquisitiveness and adaptability, particularly in relation to new technology and the use of social media for research
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Candidates will be expected to undertake any relevant security clearance procedures per the needs of clients
• Will provide proof of eligibility to work in the US and may be required to pass security clearance procedures per clients' needs

• Knowledge and understanding of SEO/SEM
• Advanced analysis of a wide range of traditional and non-traditional digital platforms and/or professional experience in open-source research, OSINT methods, or threat risk analysis
• Subject matter knowledge in one of the following areas: violent extremism, hate crimes, human trafficking
• Demonstrable experience with digital marketing on nontraditional and emerging media and social media platforms
• Fluency in languages other than English
