The Client Partnerships team works closely with brands to improve their marketing performance through media activation, analytics, and TV data solutions. Team members need a strong understanding of the media landscape and should be comfortable with data-driven sales and proactive prospecting. We’re looking for collaborative individuals who thrive in cross-functional environments. As the media world becomes more complex, marketers are seeking direct relationships with publishers and measurement partners.
Through these direct brand relationships, the Client Partnerships team is responsible for building strategy and discipline that help Ampersand retain and grow revenue. In this role, you will be an individual contributor who uses a consultative approach to build relationships with CMOs and key decision-makers in brand, media, analytics, and marketing. You will work with major accounts across Automotive, CPG, Restaurant, Travel, Finance, and Retail categories.
Your focus will be to strengthen partnerships and drive both retention and new revenue opportunities for Ampersand. If you enjoy understanding an advertiser’s business priorities, digging into insights, and providing strategic, solution-based recommendations, this role is for you. As Account Director of Client Partnerships, you’ll collaborate with top marketers and data partners—helping Move TV Forward with Ampersand.
- Develop and deepen Fortune 500 brand relationships. Leverage Ampersand’s TV data portfolio to drive incremental and new media revenue.
- Leverage Ampersand TV insights to consult on test and learn agendas for larger partnerships designed to optimize all TV.
- Protect and expand Ampersand's long-term value proposition by aligning AMP assets within select Clients' 1P data, measurement, and platform environments in exchange for new/incremental spend.
- Strengthen Ampersand's buy-side partnerships by leveraging client connection to bridge to agency strategy teams.
- Uncover client and agency pain points and collaborate to design data-driven solutions to meet media and marketing objectives
- 10-15 years of experience as a consultant with an emphasis on media and audience strategy
- Consistently achieve/exceed budget goals
- Proven ability to drive complex, multi-party data solution sales and partnerships from concept to close
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to articulate data, insights and intelligence into actionable strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple external partners
