Job SummaryThe Digital Specialist will lead the development of an eCommerce‑centric model, crafting seamless online experiences that integrate with our retail locations to drive revenue growth while prioritizing customer retention. The role focuses on creating an eCommerce ecosystem for customers to engage with products, service booking, loyalty programs, and educational content via desktop and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities- Oversee product listings, including writing product descriptions, selecting images, and optimizing content for search and conversion.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic sources, bounce rates, and conversion rates, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and adapt e‑commerce strategies accordingly.
- Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, and AHREFS, to collect data for new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive eCommerce content calendar, ensuring timely publication of new products, promotions, and content updates.
- Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, navigation, and user experience on the website.
- Analyze site performance metrics and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and execute strategic merchandising plans to highlight key product categories, seasonal promotions, and new arrivals.
- Monitor website analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in site merchandising and user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Regularly review and update product photography and imagery to maintain a consistent and high‑quality visual aesthetic.
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers by optimizing website navigation, checkout process, and customer service channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement innovative strategies to differentiate the brand.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
