Marketing Coordinator - Architecture & Design Firm

Location: Asheville, NC / Atlanta, GA / Charleston, SC / Charlotte, NC
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000
Employment Type: Full-time

We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help craft proposals, presentations, and marketing content that bring our brand to life. This is a dynamic role that blends strategy, design, and storytelling-you'll support pursuit efforts, manage marketing resources, and create materials that showcase our people and projects in bold, compelling ways.What You'll Do

• Drive Pursuits: Coordinate and produce proposals, qualifications packages, and RFP responses.
• Bring Stories to Life: Develop engaging visuals and messaging for interviews, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Keep Us Current: Maintain resumes, project data, and portfolio materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Create with Impact: Collaborate on website content, social media, PR campaigns, award submissions, and advertising.
• Fuel Connections: Assist with planning and promoting events, conferences, and sponsor ships.
• Promote the Brand: Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels and materials.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with leadership, project managers, and business development teams to produce marketing materials that support growth.
• Support the Team: Help with ordering branded materials, coordinating SWAG, and managing day-to-day marketing operations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A/E/C) industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (Unanet, Hub Spot, or similar) and social media management.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
