influencer marketing. We are looking to hire a Senior Social Media Account Manager with 4
- 5+ years of agency experience who will oversee multiple accounts and manage a team of
account managers and associates.
Responsibilities
- Lead team of managers/associates and scale team based on agency needs
- Communicate with clients on all high-level requests and updates
- Develop platform strategies specific to clients' unique needs
- Review content before it's shared with clients
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, and loop in creative, brand management, and client teams as necessary
- Oversee reporting efforts, utilizing analytics and conversation/sentiment to optimize content
- Assist in new business efforts (represent brand social team on kick-off calls, assist with custom proposals, manage client communication, etc.)
- Assist in development of innovative content and activations that contribute to brand growth and help to reach client and agency goals
- Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our clients as leaders in their industries
- Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following platforms:
- Tik Tok
- X
- 1+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of client-facing communication experience
- Hands-on experience in content creation efforts
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Exceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee and coordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asks
- Experience pulling and analyzing social media platform metrics in order to build tactical recommendations
- Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, and at times uncomfortable, new whitespaces
