Job Summary
Our Fitness Marketing & Sales Directors are passionate about the value of martial arts and fitness in general. They must be fully invested in marketing and selling martial arts lessons to the entire community. A successful director can double the gross income of a studio and is usually the first and most important contact prospective students have. They must be friendly, professional, personable, approachable, detailed and organized.
No prior martial arts experience is required.
- Execute lead generation (systems provided) in monthly advertising and promotions.
- Follow and complete daily task and business statistics tracking in the Management Manual.
- Drive marketing programs to increase student membership sales.
- Assist with facility management, ensuring the facility is clean, safe and upholds brand standards.
- Coordinate and execute community events (e.g., Parent’s Night Out, White Belt Buddy Bash) to engage prospective students.
- Oversee and implement all corporate initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsor ships.
- Accomplish new membership monthly goals and upgrade program goals.
- Sell 90‑100% of equipment packages and accomplish overall studio revenue goals through down payments, paid‑in‑fulls, equipment packages, pro shop sales, tournaments, testing fees and events.
