Position Overview
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate brand visibility, support member acquisition and retention, and position Procure Analytics as the leading procurement solution for indirect spend. This individual will lead a high-performing marketing team, oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Planning & Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and public relations.
• Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels, strengthening brand recognition and reputation.
• Content Strategy:
Guide the creation of compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences, supports lead nurturing, and establishes thought leadership.
• Lead Generation Focus:
Collaborate closely with the BDR team to understand their lead needs and design marketing initiatives specifically aimed at generating qualified leads and improving conversion rates.
• Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing managers and a marketing analyst, fostering their professional growth and ensuring team objectives are met.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, regularly analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and reports to the VP of Marketing and other stakeholders.
• Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in procurement, supply chain, SaaS, or GPO environments.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Experience managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Pardot, Marketo).
Preferred Skills
• Experience marketing to procurement or finance stakeholders.
• Understanding of group purchasing organizations or shared services models.
• Strong storytelling and brand development capabilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment.
