Regional Marketing Manager

This role is primarily based in our Atlantic Station office in Atlanta, with the opportunity to work remotely one day each week. You'll also spend time in the field, traveling approximately 25% of the time to support teams and initiatives at Piedmont Healthcare locations across Georgia.

This position plays a crucial role in shaping the future ofB2C and B2B Brand Activation focused on integrated marketing planning across all Piedmont’s regions. Your team sits at the intersection of “boots on the ground” operations and enterprise-wide Brand Growth reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Physician Outreach Officer.

You willbe responsible for helping to develop the group’s strategic roadmap with of core work streams spanning:

• Physician Enterprise lifecycle marketing (onboarding, offboarding, moves)
• Local hospital entity service line marketing planning and execution for priority service lines
• Identifying and improving processes to increase efficiency in execution across your team and cross-functional partners

You will partner heavily with operational stakeholders including hospital CEOs, Regional and Divisional Physician Enterprise leadership, and Practice Managers along with cross-functional teams like PR, Physician Outreach, Community Relations, Digital Patient Experience, and Strategy to align priorities, define targets, and marketing plans to drive your core KPIs of brand awareness, brand favorability, and office visit volume growth.

Fostering teamwork and connection with these teams and more will be imperative to lead your group of ~8 Regional Marketing Coordinators forward in their career development and to help Piedmont make a positive difference in every life we touch.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a closely related field Required

Work Experience

• Seven (7) years of experience demonstrating industry expertise or equivalent integrated marketing leadership experience driving strategic analytical and tactical capabilities to deliver results in competitive markets and complex environments.
