Lead Customer Marketing Specialist

As a Lead Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies.

You will report directly to our Director Marketing and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Plymouth, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule. You will also have a matrix reporting line to Sr Manager Marketing for the Fire business.

For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-FThe scope of the role is US, however partnering with peers in Canada and LATAM to ensure for alignment of initiatives across  this role, you will impact the company significantly by leveraging your expertise in customer marketing to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Your ability to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and deliver impactful campaigns will strengthen customer relationships, enhance brand perception, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company.
