** JOB SUMMARY
** This position supports the development, execution, and optimization of key aspects of sponsorship marketing programs including end-to-end digital campaigns, content development leveraging sponsorship contractual assets, cultural activations as well as event support responsibilities. This position helps oversee pre-event planning, mid- and post-event reporting where required and budget tracking and reconciliation for key sponsorship activities. This position provides on-site or office-based support for sponsor ships activations and events.
The Account Manager will also work directly with property rights holders, agency partner personnel and numerous other internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires support on various sponsorship programs as assistance at UPS events on-site or by working remotely as needed. This position coordinates the execution of sponsorship deliverables by working cross-functionally with key stakeholder groups. **// RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Supports sponsorship strategy development with an emphasis on digital marketing campaigns through leveraging contractual property assets and digital media to support business objectives.
* Liaises with rights holders and agency partners daily to ensure assets and direction are understood, program plans are developed, and campaigns/programs are executed on time
* Supports development of integrated marketing plans which include, but are not limited to, digital marketing programming and social media integration.
* Works in partnership with internal UPS teams and agency partners to manage customer-facing hospitality program planning and execution.
* Interacts with UPS regions as needed regarding sponsorship programs and planning.
* Supports digital and customer event program execution including liaising with cross-functional stakeholders, outside activation agencies, and other team functions as needed.
* Provides input to management on the success of sponsorship programs and helps develop recommendations for the next year.
* Liaises with agency and/or internal partners to develop or support customer hospitality events
* Supports development of presentations for senior leadership by working with cross-functional groups and agency partners to collect, analyze and provide data and insight on sponsorship programs.
* Supports the intake and submission of invoicing across various sponsor ships and events program budgets, including reconciliation as needed **// QUALIFICATIONS
** Requirements* Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) preferred in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or a related field
* 4-5 years prior sponsorship, event activation experience
* The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to officePreferences
* Previous agency experience is a plus
* Budget support and reconciliation experience
* Knowledge about different digital/social media channels available for communication
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Project management experience
* Vendor management experience
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
