Job Purpose:

We are seeking an Associate Digital Product Marketing Manager to join our award-winning Digital Experience team which consists of Digital Marketers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Web Producers.

As a member of a growing team, you will have direct influence on our entire digital ecosystem, and the outcomes that we deliver for our clients and the business. The ideal candidate will strategize and execute digital marketing strategies that focus on fostering client awareness, engagement and acquisition. S/he will leverage customer insights to deliver a useful and personalized client experience resulting in increased consideration, engagement, usage, loyalty and advocacy of our brands across all client segments.

We are looking for a hands-on, highly engaged, self-motivated individual to work across departments and the capability to deliver cutting edge digital products that have a direct positive impact on the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
· Serve as the direct point of contact for all things digital aligned to strategic business units supporting all go to market initiatives
· Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement by leading cross-functional team that identifies, designs, develops and deploys digital marketing experiences that surprise and delight our clients
· Champion innovation by identifying emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies that can enhance client experience and business outcomes.
· Deep understanding of our CMS platform and Mar Tech stack to develop experiences designed to meet both client/user needs and business objectives
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive client awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention across all segments.
· Leverage customer insights to design personalized digital experiences that enhance consideration, loyalty, and advocacy of Invesco’s brands.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Editorial, Content Activation & Enablement, and Web Producers to deliver cohesive and impactful digital initiatives.
