Creative Director, General Session & Keynote

ITA Group Inc is seeking a Creative Director to shape keynote presentations and general session experiences for Fortune 500 clients. Based in Atlanta, GA (onsite), this role leads end-to-end creative development, helping turn client objectives and audience insights into clear, engaging live experiences from concept through onsite execution.

You will own the creative strategy and vision for keynote and executive content, ensuring storytelling, presentation design, multimedia, brand expression, and audience engagement work together as one cohesive experience. The result is content that feels relevant, clear, and built for live delivery.

• Lead creative strategy and vision for general sessions, keynote presentations, executive communications, and supporting event content
• Translate client business objectives, audience insights, and event goals into compelling stories and engaging live experiences
• Develop creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and narrative structures that strengthen brand relevance and audience connection
• Partner with speakers, producers, writers, designers, multimedia teams, and technical partners to deliver cohesive event experiences
• Shape keynote and executive content into clear, audience-focused stories aligned with messaging, visuals, and production elements
• Present creative concepts, recommendations, and strategic direction to clients and internal stakeholders
• Facilitate creative reviews, rehearsals, and feedback sessions while maintaining integrity of the approved vision
• Ensure excellence across storytelling, presentation design, multimedia content, brand expression, and audience engagement
• Stay involved through content development, production, rehearsals, and onsite execution to resolve challenges and protect creative quality
• Support new business through discovery sessions, proposal development, concept creation, and pitch support
• Champion innovative and practical creative solutions that balance audience impact, technical feasibility, budget, and timelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Creative Strategy, Event Production, Journalism, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 8+ years of experience in creative direction, experiential marketing, live events, executive communications, or related creative disciplines
• Demonstrated experience leading development of keynote presentations, general sessions, conferences, or large-scale corporate events
• Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and presentation development skills
• Proven ability to translate complex business strategies into engaging audience experiences
• Experience presenting and defending creative concepts to senior leaders and clients
• Strong understanding of presentation design, multimedia content, staging, and live event production
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse creative and production partners
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with experience balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strategic thinker with strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and supporting onsite event execution as needed
