Job Description Paid social is one of the most important ways B2B buyers discover, evaluate, and engage with software brands before they ever speak with Sales. At Sage, we’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Manager to own how paid social supports demand generation, pipeline, and revenue across North America.

This role sits within the Performance Media team and is focused on strategy, planning, execution, testing, optimization, and performance measurement across paid social channels. You will lead paid social programs across platforms such as Linked In, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels, with a clear focus on reaching the right audiences, improving creative performance, and driving high-quality leads, sales-qualified opportunities, pipeline, and return on investment.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role for someone who understands that strong paid social is not just media buying. It requires audience strategy, creative testing, platform fluency, data analysis, agency management, and close partnership across Brand, Organic Social, Creative, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, BDR/SDR, agency, and platform teams.

You will use performance data, platform insights, creative learnings, and AI tools to improve how Sage plans, tests, scales, and measures paid social across North America.

Location Requirement:
Hybrid 3 days per week from our Atlanta office (Ponce City Market)

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in B2B paid social marketing within B2B SaaS/tech

• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across major platforms such as Linked In, Meta, Reddit, or similar channels.

• Background owning paid social strategy, audience planning, creative testing, optimization, and performance measurement.

• Experience managing agencies, platform partners, campaign budgets, timelines, and performance expectations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect paid social performance to lead quality, sales-qualified opportunities, pipeline, revenue, and return on investment.

• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Organic Social, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Sales Development, agencies, or platform teams.

• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness, creative variation, testing, optimization, reporting, or workflow efficiency.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to own initiatives, make recommendations, and drive execution with minimal direction.

• Experience working directly with social platform representatives and agency partners.

• Experience testing new social platforms, formats, audiences, creative approaches, or campaign structures.
