American Express is hiring a Creative Director, Art Director to join the OnBrand Creative Agency
, part of the Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) team. Based in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid working model, this role supports digital-first, end-to-end customer experiences by leading concepting and art direction while driving transformative creative across every assignment.
You will report to the Group Creative Director and help set the tone for a team culture that delivers meaningful work every day. The GABM organization is focused on creating marketplace demand and driving commerce, with OnBrand positioned to build seamless customer experiences for business units through industry-defining creative excellence.
Role focus- Lead as a Creative Director, helping build a culture of delivering transformative work on every assignment, every day
- Provide creative leadership for concepting and art direction across digital-first
, end-to-end customer experiences - Report to the Group Creative Director
- 8+ years of concepting and art directing experience within a creative agency environment
- Proven ability to concept new campaigns across a variety of mediums
- Ability to interpret marketing insights and strategies and translate them into compelling, digital-first advertising campaigns
- Capacity to combine strong conceptual thinking with high-quality content delivery
- Captivating presentation skills
- Strong interest in social media platforms, trends, technology
, and best practices - Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A maker mentality
: curious and willing to try new methods - Strong conceptual skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to pursue new creative opportunities, even when not assigned
- Experience managing/supervising Creative talent
- Industry-awarded work preferred

USD 103, per year - Competitive base salaries
