Marketing Assistant

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:30pm | On-site

Marketing projects need someone who can connect the creative side with the practical details — organizing materials, coordinating deadlines, gathering information, and making sure plans are ready to put into action.

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant in Atlanta, GA to support campaign preparation, promotional activities, market research, and general marketing coordination. You'll work alongside the team to keep projects organized, help prepare communications, and contribute to initiatives that build brand awareness and customer engagement.

This role offers the chance to develop hands‑on marketing experience while learning how campaigns are planned, coordinated, and delivered in a professional business environment.

• Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and marketing documents.
• Help coordinate campaign schedules, deadlines, and project requirements.
• Research competitors, market trends, and customer interests.
• Assist with organizing promotional events and brand awareness activities.
• Support content preparation for social media, email, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain marketing records, contact lists, and campaign files.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and keep projects moving.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and presentation.
• Help compile campaign updates and basic performance reports.
• Track outstanding tasks and follow up on upcoming deadlines.
• Assist with meeting preparation, project briefs, and internal communications.
• Contribute ideas for improving promotional activities and audience engagement.

Training will be provided on internal systems, campaign processes, and day-to-day responsibilities.
