As a Sr Director Marketing here at Honeywell, you will lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and business growth within the Industrial Automation sector.
You will report directly to our senior leadership and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by shaping and implementing innovative marketing initiatives that align with business objectives, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and strengthen Honeywell’s position as a market leader in industrial automation.

Qualifications You Must Have Minimum of 15+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Proven experience in managing large marketing budgets.

We Value Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
