The mission of the CBWW is to improve the health and well‑being of underserved Black women and families. The proposed Ameri Corps VISTA Project—Wellness Capacity Builders—aligns with the CNCS Programming Priority Area of Healthy Futures:
Access to Care. The VISTA Finance and Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to enhance the organizational infrastructure that supports our programs and projects. Knowledge of operational best practices and acceptable accounting practices specific to non‑profit program management are essential.

• Coordinate the organization’s volunteer services primarily for the clinic and other program areas.
• Receive and process volunteer applications, schedule assignments, and work with the Systems and Data Analyst to ensure volunteers are trained on our systems.
• Report to the Operations Manager and Clinic Coordinator.
