Director of Planned Giving

Position Type:
Full-time, non-remote/ hybrid

The Planned Giving Manager will lead all planned giving efforts of the ministry and report to the Senior Director of In Touch Foundation.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree expected; 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years specifically in planned giving.
• Competency in Studio Enterprise, Excel, PG Calc, Gift Wrap, Crescendo preferred.
• Genuine interest in and alignment with the mission of In Touch Ministries.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and strengthen the planned giving efforts of the ministry.
• Lead the Planned Giving Team.
• Understand and implement industry wide best practices related to planned giving.
• Build relationships with donor partners most likely to benefit from planned giving assistance.
• Lead educational and promotional efforts related to planned giving.
• Track and understand trends in donor partner’s planned giving.
• Partner with various ministry departments to maintain an updated understanding of ministry initiatives and giving opportunities for partners.
