This is a part‑time remote role for an Assistant Manager – Volunteer. The Assistant Manager will support the coordination and management of volunteer programs, assist in training and onboarding volunteers, and ensure efficient scheduling and communication within the volunteer team. Additional tasks include building relationships with volunteers, overseeing event coordination, and monitoring program progress to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
The role also involves preparing progress reports and maintaining program documentation. Social Media and Writer blog.
- Experience in volunteer management, team coordination, and event planning
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, scheduling, and maintaining documentation
- Adaptability, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with nonprofit or community‑driven organizations is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration
- A passion for promoting health, wellness, and community outreach
- Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in project management, nonprofit management, or a related field
