The Community Pastor role is with The Christian & Missionary Alliance's Alliance South District, serving a church in Alabama. The pastor will lead care, connection, and growth from first visit to full participation, spearhead small groups, and potentially launch future congregations or campuses.
Bachelor's degree required; pastoral ministry experience in a church of at least 350; licensing with The Alliance is necessary or eligibility for accreditation.
