Developing, cultivating, and sustaining strategic community partnerships that generate gift-in-kind donations, volunteer engagement, and community resources in support of the mission and operational needs of the Atlanta Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC).Serving as the primary relationship manager for local corporations, churches, schools, civic organizations, community groups, and businesses to identify, secure, and steward donations of goods, services, and resources that support Atlanta ARC operations, beneficiary services, and revenue-generating activities.
Through proactive outreach, relationship cultivation, donor stewardship, and community engagement, expands the Atlanta ARC network of supporters and develops sustainable donation pipelines that increase the volume and quality of donated merchandise, program supplies, and other in-kind resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Partnership Development & Gift-in-Kind Acquisition Program Support and In-Kind Donations Volunteer Recruitment, Coordination & Engagement Administrative Reporting & Recordkeeping Physical Requirement and
Working Conditions:
Ability to meet attendance requirements; communicate effectively; enter and retrieve information using a computer; and perform public speaking. Limited physical effort required including walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.
Work is performed in an office, warehouse and community venues both indoors and outdoors.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Community Engagement, Nonprofit Management or related field and two to four years of experience in community engagement, partnership development, volunteer coordination, public relations, gift-in-kind acquisition or nonprofit program support; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
