Responsibilities
Continuous collaboration with the Clinical Manager to ensure consistent supervision of the staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting.
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous supervisory experience desired.
• Valid BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification may be required given unit specialty.
• Leadership qualities that demonstrate creativity, innovation, proactive and collaborative relationship.
• Participation in continuing education and maintenance of current knowledge for the care of patients in assigned unit(s).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty.
