The AWHG Hospitalist Group (AHG) is an elite member of a consortium of premier Obstetrics and Gynecology groups that serve Atlanta metropolitan area families under the parent organization of Atlanta Women’s Health Group.

The AHG hospitalist team provides L&D services primarily for walk-in patients with some private patient duties for 3 of the 4 maternity hospitals within the Northside Hospital System.

At all 3 campuses, we are seeking to hire experienced certified nurse midwives to further expand our current team of thirteen physicians and seventeen certified nurse midwives.

We are seeking experienced certified nurse midwives looking to fully use their obstetric skills in a high functioning, resource rich, accomplished environment while enjoying the quality-of-life advantages that a hospitalist life-style provides.

At the Northside Atlanta Campus, you would be become part of a daily team of 2 MDs and 2

CNMS.

At the Northside Atlanta Cherokee Campus, you would be become part of a daily team of 1 MD and 1

CNM.

At the Northside Forsyth Campus, you would be become part of a daily team of 1MD and 1

CNM.

• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience as a CNM
• Master’s degree in nursing and graduate of accredited RN and nurse midwifery programs
• Current and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of GA
• Current and active certificate to practice as a Nurse-Midwife in the state of GA
• Certification by the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM)
• Certification in adult resuscitation (basic life support) required for hospital credentialling
