Job Description:The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of the Wellstar Kennestone OB/GYN team. Reporting to the Nurse Supervisor or Office Manager, the RN Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional care to women.
Key Responsibilities:Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is tailored to the individual needs of each patient.Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the delivery of safe, quality care.Participate in performance improvement activities and research to enhance patient outcomes.Uphold all healthcare system policies and procedures and clinical competencies.Support efficient and effective use of human and material resources.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred.Current/active license as a registered nurse in the State of Georgia.Must have a current BLS card from the American Heart Association.ACLS/PALS may be required in some practice areas.Experience with direct patient care preferred.Additional specialty experience may be required.Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.Excellent time management skills and critical thinking abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
