University Gynecologic Oncology (UGO) is one of the world leaders in oncology care for women with cancer of the female reproductive tract. Dr. Guilherme Cantuaria, Dr. Oi-Wah Stephanie Yap, and Dr. Meaghan Tenneys specialize in cutting-edge treatment, research, and rehabilitation for women with gynecologic cancers.

All of our gynecologic oncologists are part of the Northside Hospital Cancer Institute (NHCI) Gynecologic Cancer Program, a leading provider of gynecologic (GYN) cancer care that treats more cases of cervical cancer than any other community hospital in Georgia. This partnership allows you, the patient, to benefit from the combined expertise of Georgia’s largest network of cancer specialists and gain access to groundbreaking clinical trials.

Manages patient care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and policies of the appropriate division. Nurses at Northside are professionals committed to patients and families, as well as all members of the healthcare team. Our nursing practice reflects the values of collaboration, communication, coordination, integration, and empowerment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, License, or Certification Required:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations
• Must hold certification in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, License, or Certification Preferred:

• BSN degree
• Additional Life Support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
