Schedule: Day, Evening, or Weekend shifts available
Travel Required: Yes – travel to clients’ homes throughout Metro Atlanta

CSA Homecare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing homecare team. This role requires traveling to multiple clients’ homes in the Metro Atlanta area and providing high-quality clinical care. The ideal candidate will be reliable, patient-centered, and experienced in bowel and bladder care
.

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes

• Perform bowel and bladder care, catheter care, and other personal care tasks as needed

• Monitor and document patient health status and changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate with clients, families, and the care team

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Travel to various client locations across Metro Atlanta

• Active Georgia License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Experience with bowel and bladder care is required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel to multiple home visits daily

• Excellent communication and patient-care skills

• CPR certification (current)
