Serves as clinical expert providing education, research, coaching, direct care, consultation, leadership collaboration and ethical decision making for patients and surgical services staff. Serves as a change agent and promotes quality through the utilization of clinical expertise. Provides clinical care as needed when staffing and/or case load demands. Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leader(s) as needed.

Qualifications- Education:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required) - Work Experience:
2 years of Operating Room nursing experience (Required) - Licenses and
Certifications:
Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License (Required) - Additional Licenses and
Certifications:
BLS certification (Required);
Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) (Preferred)
