• Provide in-home nursing care for patients requiring Trach/Vent support as an LPN/LVN.
• Coordinate care across multiple patients and shifts in the assigned location.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
