- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary - Tuberculosis skin test within last 12 months
- Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
