• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
  Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary
• Tuberculosis skin test within last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
