A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse, is responsible for providing basic medical attention to patients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medical team. Their duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient’s medical history, and assisting patients with hygiene.

Pay starts at $30/hr (Compensation is variable and depends on the type of shift/visit, day of the week and complexity of care provided). Employment is PRN. We offer 8‑12 hour shifts, 1‑hour nursing visits, and 1‑hour medication management. Customers who maintain FT hours (32+/wk) receive medical, dental and vision benefits through Cigna.

• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members
• Accurately monitor and track clients’ overall health and medical history during every visit
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
• Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters, among other related healthcare tasks
• Verify clients are taking the correct dosages of medications and pass medications according to the MAR
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
• Provide emotional and psychological support to the client and family members as needed

• 2+ years’ nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) certification
• Proof of negative TB test within last 12 months
• Current LPN license in GA
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and with directions
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
