• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Perform wound care and dressing changes
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RNs/physicians
• Assist with IV therapy and blood withdrawal
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Document accurately in electronic medical records

• Active Georgia LPN license (in good standing)
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• 2+ years of LPN experience (med-surg, long-term care, or home health)
• IV therapy certification
• Experience with geriatric or pediatric populations

• Overtime potential ($8,000+ annually in many facilities)
• Shift differentials for nights and weekends
