Peachford Hospital is Atlanta and North Georgia’s most comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health facility providing care to patients and their families struggling with mental health and addiction. Our hospital treats patients aged 5 to 95 with all levels of care including crisis stabilization, adult, adolescent/child and geriatric psych. We also offer a wide range of outpatient services including partial hospitalization and ECT.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience, preferably in a psych setting; previous charge or other leadership experience is a plus.
• State of Georgia or eCompact Multi‑State Nursing License.
• Understanding of mental illness or additive disease and its effects on people.
• Ability to interact with patients of all cognitive levels with histories of trauma.
• Ability to communicate with staff, leaders and physicians at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and dedication to keeping patients safe.
